Handloom Fringes - A Warm Welcome Home

Bring a cheerful glow to your hallway with this handloom runner, featuring a rich yellow tone and classic fringed ends.

This handloom runner offers a soft and inviting surface underfoot, making it a comforting addition to busy areas like hallways or entryways. Its dense pile provides a cosy feel that cushions your steps and adds a layer of warmth to your floors.

Designed with modern living in mind, this runner is fully compatible with underfloor heating, ensuring your home stays warm and comfortable throughout the colder seasons. The low profile allows doors to open and close smoothly over it.

Crafted by skilled artisans in India, this piece brings a touch of traditional craftsmanship into a contemporary setting, combining practical durability with a welcoming aesthetic.

The classic fringed edges at both ends add a traditional touch that frames the runner beautifully, creating a grounded look in any space.

The runner features a solid, single-coloured design in a rich yellow shade that brings a bright and cheerful energy to your interior. The uniform surface is framed by short, neat fringes at both ends, adding a classic detail that enhances its simple silhouette.

With its vibrant yet warm tone, this piece suits a variety of contemporary settings, particularly scandinavian and modern interiors. It creates a welcoming atmosphere, adding a sunny accent that brightens up narrow spaces and coordinates beautifully with neutral wood tones.

This runner is crafted using the traditional handloom technique, where skilled weavers operate manual looms to create a dense and even pile. This method requires a high level of coordination and experience, resulting in a robust structure that stands up well to daily use.

Creating a runner of this length on a handloom takes several weeks of dedicated work. Each movement of the loom is carefully controlled by the artisan, ensuring a consistent texture and finish that machine-made alternatives cannot replicate.

By choosing a handloom piece, you are supporting a rich heritage of weaving in India. The human touch involved in the weaving process gives each runner a unique character and a sense of history that enriches your home.
